What counts as a client site?
One client website built and managed in your Nexus account.
Can my clients edit their own sites?
Yes. Give each client their own login. They can open support tickets and, if you allow it, edit their own site's content; the design you built stays intact.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, no card needed. The trial starts the first time you sign in after confirming your email. When it ends, your sites go offline until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Do client logins use a team seat?
No. Team seats are for you and your staff. Client logins never count against your seats.
What do I charge my clients?
That's up to you. Nexus bills you a flat plan rate — what you charge each client for the build, hosting, and ongoing care is your business.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move up a tier whenever you need more sites or seats; the new rate applies from your next billing cycle. If you need more than 25 sites or 5 seats, Max is quoted to fit your roster.
What if I move to a smaller plan?
If a plan change leaves you over the new limits, you choose which sites and seats to keep. Nothing is deleted automatically.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for a year up front and you get two months free — ten months' price for twelve months of service.
