Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 11, 2026
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Applies to: omniweb.tech (this website).

Scope. This policy covers omniweb.tech only — browsing this site and using its contact form. Invoy, PistonDesk, Nexus, and LetsNow are separate products with their own sites or apps; how they handle your data is described where you use them (LetsNow's policy is atomniweb.tech/letsnow/privacy).

OmniWeb LLC (“OmniWeb,” “we,” “us”) built this site to be simple and to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we collect when you visit, why, who it's shared with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

OmniWeb LLC is a software studio based at 10077 Bantry Ln, Forney, TX, USA. We build custom web applications for small businesses and ship our own products, including Invoy, PistonDesk, Nexus, and LetsNow.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact form. If you send us a message, we receive yourname, email address, company (optional), the topic you selected, and your message. We use this only to reply to you.
  • Email correspondence. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.

Information collected automatically

  • Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate counts of visits, pages viewed, and approximate referrer/country-level data, not information tied to you individually.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser/user-agent string, and timestamps) for security and operation of the site. These are not used to build a profile of you.

We do not use advertising cookies, do not run ad-tracking pixels, and do not sell any information collected through this site.

3. How we use it

  • Respond to your message when you use the contact form or email us.
  • Operate and secure the site — keep it running, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.
  • Understand aggregate usage — which pages get traffic, so we know what to improve. Not tied to any individual visitor.

4. Cookies & tracking

This site does not set cookies of its own, and does not use localStorageor similar client-side storage for tracking. Two third parties are involved in loading the page:

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, as described above.
  • Google Fonts — loading the site's fonts causes your browser to request font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request, the same as any web request. We do not use Google Fonts' JavaScript loader or any Google tracking script.

Because nothing on this site sets non-essential cookies, we don't show a cookie-consent banner.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site:

  • FormSubmit — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare — hosts our analytics and content-delivery network.
  • Google Fonts — serves the web fonts used on this site.
  • Our web hosting provider — serves the site and keeps standard server logs.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of OmniWeb or others.

6. How long we keep it

  • Contact-form messages are kept in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our records, then deleted periodically.
  • Server logs are retained briefly by our hosting provider for security purposes, then rotated out.
  • Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to an individual, so there's no per-visitor record to retain or delete.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you (such as a contact-form submission).

To exercise these rights, email support@omniweb.tech. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

This site is a business marketing site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Where we operate

OmniWeb LLC is based in the United States, and this site is hosted in the United States. If you're visiting from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US as described in this policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
