Nexus pricing

Pick a monthly plan, or buy the build outright.

Two ways to get a website — own it outright, or let us run it for you. Every price is confirmed in a contract and invoice before anything starts.

  • The fastest and most affordable way to get your business online
  • We stay with you — support, maintenance, and the latest updates every month, not a one-and-done handoff

Hosting and domain management are included at every tier. Tiers are cumulative — each includes everything below it. A one-time setup fee is due at signup in addition to your first month (Bronze at signup = $79 + $79 = $158). Plans run a one-year term.

Change tokens

How the monthly change allowance is measured.

“Changes per month” are measured in tokens, not a flat count — bigger asks cost more. Anything beyond your allotment, or an ad-hoc change on a one-time build, is billed at $25 per token.

ActionTokensValue at $25 / token
Text edit1$25
Block edit4$100
Page add (includes 2 blocks)10$250
Cancellation

One-year term, then cancel any time.

Subscriptions start with a one-year term. Cancelling before the term is up requires paying out the remaining months at your plan’s monthly rate — cancelling a Gold plan ($199/mo) with five months left means paying $199 × 5 = $995, on top of what’s already been paid. Once the first year is complete, cancel any time with no additional fee.

Pricing for services is subject to change. Services not listed here are quoted individually. Final pricing is confirmed in your contract and invoice.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What's the difference between a one-time build and a subscription?

A one-time build is yours outright — you host it and own the domain, with no ongoing fee. A subscription is a monthly plan where we host the site, manage your domain, and handle ongoing changes for you, with a one-time setup fee at signup.

What counts as “1 change”?

Changes are measured in tokens: a text edit costs 1 token, a block edit costs 4 tokens, and adding a new page (with up to 2 blocks) costs 10 tokens. Your plan's monthly token allotment covers routine updates automatically.

What happens if I need more tokens than my plan includes?

Extra tokens are billed at $25 per token — see the change-tokens table above. There's no need to upgrade tiers just for one busy month.

Can I switch subscription tiers later?

Yes. You can move up or down a tier at any time; the new rate applies from your next billing cycle.

Do I own my domain on a subscription plan?

We register and manage the domain on your behalf for as long as you're subscribed. On cancellation the domain can be transferred to you (registrar transfer fees may apply) or released.

How long does a build take?

Starter builds typically take one to two weeks, Growth builds three to four weeks, and Premium builds six to eight weeks, depending on how quickly we receive your content. You get a round of final changes before it goes live — the build is complete once both parties sign off.

Can I start with a one-time build and move to a subscription later?

Yes. Reach out and we'll work out a fair credit toward your subscription's setup fee based on what you already paid.
