Home-health agencies compete for nurses. Every time a candidate is bounced to an external application portal, some of them drop off — and the agency loses control of the experience and the data. Restorative Care HHS wanted applicants to apply on their own website, with the whole pipeline landing in the tools their recruiters already use.

OmniWeb designed and built the entire restorativecarehhs.com website — services, service area, veterans’ care, and contact. On top of it we added custom intake forms for both clients and job applicants, automated email notifications so recruiters hear about every applicant immediately, and a deep integration with the Qualiply ATS so applications flow straight into the recruiting workflow.

Candidates apply on restorativecarehhs.com, recruiters are notified automatically, and every application is tracked in Qualiply — no off-site redirect, no manual re-keying. The same site handles client intake and general enquiries through the same automated pipeline.
