Email letsnow@omniweb.tech. This is a TestFlight alpha, so things break — tell us what you saw.
Please include:
- What happened, and roughly when.
- Your alias.
- What you expected instead.
If you send from inside the app (Settings → Support), it automatically adds your app version and basic device info (operating system and model) to the message. It does not include your location or the content of your posts.
Response time
We aim to reply within 5 business days. Safety reports are prioritized.
Report abuse
Use Report on the post or reply in the app. A post isautomatically hidden once three different people report it, pending review, and moderators can remove content and ban accounts. If you can’t use the in-app report, email letsnow@omniweb.tech with a description and your alias. To report content that may involve a minor or an immediate safety risk, say so in the subject line.
Delete your account or data
You can delete your account and content in the app atSettings → Delete account. If you don’t have app access, see how to delete your account and data.
