1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be 17 years or older to use LetsNow. When you sign up, you confirm that you are 17 or older and that you accept these Terms and thePrivacy Policy; we record that confirmation. If you use LetsNow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Your account and alias
- You create an account with an email and password and confirm your email.
- On sign-up you are assigned a permanent generated alias (for example, The-Wandering-Goblin-482). There is no profile, no real name, and no contacts import. Other users only ever see your alias — or, if you subscribe to LetsNow Pro and set one, a custom display name that reverts to your alias if your subscription ends.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Being anonymous to other users does not make unlawful conduct lawful, and does not prevent us from acting on reports or legal process.
- One account per person. Creating accounts to evade a ban or a rate limit is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use LetsNow to post, send, or do any of the following:
- Harassment or targeted abuse of any person or group.
- Hate speech — attacks or slurs based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
- Threats, incitement, or glorification of violence.
- Sexual content involving minors, in any form. This is reported to the authorities and results in an immediate ban.
- Doxxing — posting private or identifying information about someone without their consent.
- Spam, scams, phishing, deceptive links, or vote manipulation.
- Illegal activity, or content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or other rights.
- Impersonation of a person or organization in a misleading way.
- Automated access, scraping, or interfering with the service, its security, or other users’ use of it.
- Ban or limit evasion, including new accounts, or use of the API or app in ways it isn’t meant to be used.
We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that break these rules. See also the Community Guidelines.
4. Your content and the license you give us
You keep ownership of the posts, replies, votes, photos, and messages you create (“your content”). By submitting your content, you grant LetsNow aworldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting, display, and distribute your content within the LetsNow app and to operate and promote the service. This license lasts as long as your content is on the service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups and for moderation and safety records.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
5. Moderation and enforcement
- Users can downvote, block, and report content.
- A post or reply is automatically hidden once three distinct users report it, pending review.
- Moderators may hide, delete, or restore content and ban accounts. A banned account cannot post, reply, vote, or send messages.
- We may act on content that violates these Terms or the law with or without notice.
- We do not guarantee that any content will remain available. Free-tier posts are automatically deleted about 30 days after creation unless a paying subscriber “saves” one by replying to or voting on it.
6. LetsNow Pro subscriptions
- What it includes. Everything in the free app, plus direct messages, photo posts, a custom display name, a verified check, no ads, and no daily limits.
- Billing. LetsNow Pro is a recurring subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handles billing and their terms and refund policies also apply. We store only a payment-processor customer identifier and your subscription status — not card numbers.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro features until then. Cancel in the app, through Stripe, or (for store purchases) through your Apple or Google account.
- Refunds. Except where required by law (or by Apple or Google for store purchases), payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded.
- Price changes. We may change the price or the contents of LetsNow Pro. We will give notice before a change takes effect for you; if you don’t agree, cancel before it applies.
- If Pro ends. A custom display name reverts to your generated alias, and ads and daily limits return.
7. Rate limits
Free accounts have daily caps on posts, replies, votes, and feed refreshes, plus minimum intervals between actions. We may adjust these limits to keep the service healthy.
8. Location
LetsNow uses your approximate location, rounded before it is stored, to build a nearby feed and to tag new posts with a rough area. It is never shown on a map or shared with other users as coordinates. See thePrivacy Policy for details. You can turn location off in your device settings.
9. Changes and availability
LetsNow is provided “as is” and is in active development. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, feeds, or the whole service at any time. We do not guarantee that LetsNow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content or data will be preserved.
10. Termination
You can stop using LetsNow at any time and delete your account inSettings → Delete account (see thedeletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content license (for backups and safety records), disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LetsNow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that content posted by other users is accurate or lawful, or that defects will be corrected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LetsNow and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of LetsNow. Our total liability for all claims relating to LetsNow will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. This cap does not apply to liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including personal injury and non-waivable consumer or statutory rights). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetsNow and its owners, employees, and providers from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of LetsNow, or your breach of these Terms or of someone else’s rights.
14. App Store terms (EULA)
These Terms are the end-user license agreement for the LetsNow application. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app except as allowed by law.
If you download the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
- You must also comply with any applicable third-party terms (for example, your wireless carrier’s terms) and the App Store Terms of Service.
